Al-Mashary: Launching the First 3 Projects for Real Estate Development on the 18th of This Month
During the second Gulf Housing Forum, held under the supervision of the General Authority for Housing in Kuwait, Minister of Housing Abdul Latif Al-Mashary confirmed that the authority will officially launch its first three real estate development projects on the 18th of this month. These projects fall under the authority's ambitious 10-year strategic plan, which aims to achieve diverse and high-quality housing opportunities for eligible citizens across the country. The total number of units currently offered by the authority stands at approximately 170,000, and this figure is expected to grow as the authority continues to expand its housing portfolio in the coming years.
The minister emphasized that the authority has taken significant steps to ensure the sustainability and long-term viability of its housing projects. He pointed out that the first three projects are set to be launched in the real estate development sector, and that the authority is working closely with relevant governmental bodies to exchange housing policies and strategies, in line with the broader national goals of sustainable development. The projects are expected to include a wide range of housing options, offering residents homes with competitive features and pricing, designed to meet the diverse needs of Kuwaiti families. The authority also confirmed that cities such as Sabah Al-Ahmad and Nuwaf are currently under detailed study, with the aim of developing fully integrated residential communities that combine modern infrastructure, green spaces, and essential services.
