First Group Delivers Roads and Infrastructure for Sharq Sabah Al-Ahmad in Record Time

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare, in cooperation with First Group for General Trading & Contracting, has received the initial handover of roads and infrastructure network works for the “Sharq Sabah Al-Ahmad” residential project a milestone that reflects the tangible progress achieved by First Group in delivering the project within a record timeframe.

Engineer emeel Abdullah : confirmed that the company executed the project according to the highest standards and with a high degree of professionalism, underscoring First Group’s commitment to precision and quality across its major residential developments in Kuwait.

Engineer Hisham Roshdy : added that the company was keen to deliver the project using the latest engineering designs and the finest quality materials, with a level of execution that meets the highest technical standards applied in government housing projects.

First Group brings nearly 30 years of experience in executing housing projects in Kuwait, having delivered numerous residential buildings in Abdullah Al-Mubarak City. The company is currently working on infrastructure development south of Sabah Al-Ahmad City, alongside other projects including commercial towers in Al-Mutlaa City. Regionally, First Group’s operations extend to urban development projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

As part of the company’s commitment to sustainable, energy efficient solutions, a central air conditioning system was adopted for the first time in this type of housing project helping to reduce the project’s overall energy consumption and reflecting First Group’s continued push toward implementing the latest technical and environmentally sustainable solutions across its developments.

The handover works included the delivery of 587 residential units, as part of a comprehensive execution plan built around the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
