First Group delivered Hessah Al Mubarak Towers – Hessah Al Mubarak District, Plot 161 for Sheikh Salem Humoud Al Salem Al Sabah in Hessah Al Mubarak District, Plot 161, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's high rise buildings portfolio and comprise 2 basements, ground floor, 44 floors and roof. First Group's scope of work covered piling works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The project was carried out under contract reference Bid Pack 2 – Main Contract Works, with a contract period of 36 months. The project was completed and handed over in July 2025.

Project Scope

Construction, completion and maintenance works comprising piling works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation.

Outcome

A completed high-rise residential address delivered to programme, demonstrating First Group's capability in tall-building construction and integrated finishing.
