Al-Sayer Cars Showroom – Al-Rai

First Group delivered Al-Sayer Cars Showroom – Al-Rai for Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons in Al-Rai, Plot 1222, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's commercial buildings portfolio and comprise ground floor, first floor and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 3,500 m². First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 12 months. The project was completed and handed over in August 2017.
