Omniyat Gardens Complex

First Group delivered Omniyat Gardens Complex (3 Buildings) – Al-Mahboula for Omniyat Real Estate Company in Al-Mahboula, Block 1, Building 221, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's residential buildings portfolio and comprise three buildings, each comprising basement, ground floor, 13 floors and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 19,800 m². First Group's scope of work covered reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works and electromechanical works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 30 months. The project was completed and handed over in May 2018.
