Project Overview
First Group delivered Sedra Commercial Tower – Al-Qibla for Al Khalejia International General Trading & Contracting Co. in Al-Qibla, Block 11, Plot 34, Kuwait City. The works form part of First Group's commercial buildings portfolio and comprise 2 basements, ground floor, mezzanine, 19 floors and roof. First Group's scope of work covered piling works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 21 months. The project is currently in progress, with completion scheduled for May 2026.
