Al Othman Clinic Tower

First Group delivered Al Othman Clinic Tower – Bneid Al-Qar for the Estate of the late Abdullah Abdul Latif Al Othman, under the guardianship of the Public Authority for Minors Affairs in Bneid Al-Qar, Block 1, Plot 122, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's residential buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, 15 floors and roof. First Group's scope of work covered reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 24 months. The project is currently in progress, with completion scheduled for April 2026.
