First Group delivered West Abdullah Mubarak City – Public Buildings, Plots NB1, NB4 & NB5 for the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) / Kuwait Arab Contractors Co. in West Abdullah Mubarak City, Plots NB1, NB4 & NB5, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's schools & public buildings portfolio and comprise 2 kindergartens, 2 primary schools, 2 intermediate schools, 1 secondary school, 6 mosques, 3 shops, 1 fire station and 1 telephone exchange. The built-up area of the project is approximately 220,000 m². The works were executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The project was carried out under contract reference PAHW/C/1345 – 2018/2019, with a contract period of 24 months. The project was completed and handed over in February 2021.
