Project Overview

First Group delivered Al Shuaiba Cemex Factory – Concrete Skeleton Works for Shuaiba Cemex Company in Shuaiba Industrial Area, Block 69, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's industrial buildings portfolio and comprise four cement silos and an electrical room. First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works and electromechanical works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 12 months. The project was completed and handed over in April 2019.
