AUM University in Al‑Eqaila, Kuwait is a modern academic facility delivered by First Group for Arabia Educational Enterprises. The building comprises a basement, ground floor, first, second, and third floors, along with a roof, with a total built‑up area of approximately 25,500 m². Designed to international educational facility standards, it integrates excavation, shoring, reinforced concrete, masonry, metals, thermal and moisture protection, and high‑quality architectural finishes. The project provides functional teaching and learning spaces supported by advanced construction methods and robust electromechanical systems, ensuring safety, durability, and long‑term usability.

Excavation, shoring, concrete works, masonry, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural finishing, aluminum works, electromechanical systems, and elevators.
Outcome
A fully completed academic facility delivering approximately 25,500 m² of modern, well‑equipped educational spaces across basement, ground, and three upper floors in Al‑Eqaila. The project strengthens AUM University’s expanding campus by integrating advanced construction methods, architectural finishes, and electromechanical systems to ensure safe, durable, and efficient environments that enhance the teaching and learning experience.
