First Group delivered Low-Cost Housing Project – Sector (BP-01), 1,568 Homes for the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) / Canar Co. in Low-Cost Housing Project, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's cities portfolio and comprise 1,568 homes together with public buildings, asphalt wearing course, low and medium tension cabling and street lighting works. First Group's scope of work covered asphalt works, street lighting works and low and medium tension cabling, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The project was carried out under contract reference PAHW 1585 – 2024/2025, with a contract period of 36 months. The project is currently in progress, with completion scheduled for January 2028.
