First Group delivered Hotel Apartments – Sharq, Kuwait City for Omniyat Real Estate Company in Sharq, Kuwait City. The works form part of First Group's hotel buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, 18 floors and roof. First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, piling works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 12 months. The project was completed and handed over in October 2021.

Construction, completion and maintenance works comprising excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, piling works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation.
