Al Mawashi Main Administrative Building – Al-Sulaibiya

First Group delivered Al Mawashi Main Administrative Building – Al-Sulaibiya for the Livestock Transport & Trading Company (Al Mawashi) in Al-Sulaibiya, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's commercial buildings portfolio and comprise ground floor and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 4,650 m². First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works and electromechanical works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 10 months. The project was completed and handed over in August 2016.
