First Group delivered Investment Housing Building – Salmiya, Block 12 for Warba Bank in Salmiya, Block 12, Plot 201, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's residential buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, 14 floors and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 5,551 m². First Group's scope of work covered reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works and electromechanical works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 12 months. The project was completed and handed over in January 2019.
