First Group delivered Shaza Hotel – Concrete Skeleton Works for B&B Manage Hotels Company in Sabah Al-Salem, Block 1, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's hotel buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, 23 floors and roof. First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection and renovation works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 9 months. The project was completed and handed over in January 2022.
