Project Overview

First Group delivered Cold Stores & Administrative Building – Ahmadi for Kuwait Asphalt Emulsion Production Company (ESHA) in Ahmadi, Block 7, Plot 130, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's industrial buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, first floor and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 7,400 m². First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 18 months. The project was completed and handed over in March 2021.
