First Group delivered Mohammed Rasheed Complex – Sabah Al-Salem for Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Mohamed Rasheed in Sabah Al-Salem, Block 1, Building 134, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's residential buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, 9 floors and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 7,600 m². First Group's scope of work covered reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works and electromechanical works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 12 months. The project was completed and handed over in May 2015.

Construction, completion and maintenance works comprising reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works and electromechanical works.
Outcome
A fully finished residential asset handed over to the owner, ready for occupation and investment return.
