Elderly Care Building

First Group delivered Elderly Care Building – Hawally for the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in Hawally, Block 88, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's service buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 6,400 m². First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 24 months. The project was completed and handed over in September 2020.
