First Group delivered Al-Kharafi Center for Children with Special Needs for the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in Mubarak Al-Abdullah, Block 7, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's service buildings portfolio. The works were executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 12 months. The project was completed and handed over in November 2021.
