Residential Investment Building – Al-Raqa’i

First Group delivered Residential Investment Building – Al-Raqa’i for Aqaarat Al-Kuwait Company in Al-Raqa’i, Block 2, Plot 107, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's residential buildings portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor, 18 floors and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 14,800 m². First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works, internal and external finishing works, aluminium works, electromechanical works and elevator installation, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 24 months. The project was completed and handed over in December 2020.
