Steel Reinforcement Formation Factory – Amghara

First Group delivered Steel Reinforcement Formation Factory – Amghara for Esa Hussain Al-Yousifi & Sons in Amghara, Plots 63–68, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's industrial buildings portfolio and comprise ground floor, mezzanine and roof. The built-up area of the project is approximately 30,000 m². First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, architectural works and internal and external finishing works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 2 months. The project was completed and handed over in October 2015.
