Symphony Hotel Car Park – Salmiya

First Group delivered Symphony Hotel Car Park – Salmiya for Al Tijaria Real Estate in Salmiya, Kuwait. The works form part of First Group's car parks portfolio and comprise basement, ground floor and roof. First Group's scope of work covered excavation works, shoring and earth retention works, reinforced concrete works, masonry and blockwork, metal works, thermal and moisture protection and internal and external finishing works, executed under a construction, completion and maintenance contract. The contract period for the works was 18 months. The project was completed and handed over in March 2025.
